He’s passionate about helping the team run smoothly while gaining experience toward his goal of becoming a recruitment consultant. Outside of work, Melvern enjoys basketball, football (not soccer), and badminton. With a mindset of being 1% better each day, he approaches both work and life with dedication and a positive attitude.
