Melvern started his journey at DRD in Mobilisation before transitioning over to become a Recruitment Consultant. Equipped with a strong understanding of the onboarding processes, Melvern has been deployed across both blue and white collar roles, bringing a unique dynamic into the DRD team along with his aptitude to continuously learning.

 

Outside of work, Melvern enjoys playing and watching various sports such as basketball, soccer, running, gym, etc. With a mindset of being 1% better each day, he approaches both work and life with dedication and a positive attitude.
