This position will suit an experienced administrator who enjoys working across multiple teams, managing competing priorities and supporting critical project functions in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Support a large-scale migration of historical project documentation and records
- Maintain workforce records, organisational charts and project allocation data
- Coordinate contractor and personnel administration activities
- Raise purchase requisitions and support general business operations
- Provide administrative support across project controls, planning, scheduling and logistics functions
- Coordinate meetings, reporting, documentation and stakeholder communications
- Liaise with project managers and key internal stakeholders
- Previous experience in administration, project support or team coordination
- Strong document management and record keeping capability
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder engagement skills
- Able to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Exposure to mobilisation, workforce administration, projects or document control will be highly regarded
