We are seeking a Site Administrator to support the successful delivery of our Green Power Projects. In this site‑based role, you will provide essential administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth operations across the project portfolio. Working on a 14:7 roster , you will play a pivotal role in maintaining efficient site office functions, supporting the Owners Team, and ensuring seamless day‑to‑day project activities. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $40–$50 .

About the Role
As the Site Administrator, you will ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations across the site offices and provide critical support to project teams, contractors, and stakeholders. Your responsibilities will span office coordination, contractor mobilisation, workforce forecasting, travel logistics, procurement support, and more.

Key Responsibilities
Site Administration & Coordination
  • Manage daily site office operations, supplies, and general upkeep.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Owners Team across daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
  • Support contractor onboarding and mobilisation with Senior Admin and vendors.
  • Maintain workforce forecasting, including data entry, daily lookahead checks, and accommodation planning.
Travel, Logistics & Communications
  • Coordinate flights, rosters, accommodation, and travel data accuracy with vendors and internal teams.
  • Oversee site logistics, deliveries, and communication with external contractors and warehouse teams.
  • Prepare daily site notices, meeting presentations, minutes, and weekly toolbox presentations.
Asset, Fleet & Procurement Support
  • Manage asset registers (mobiles, tablets, office equipment) and support Light Vehicle fleet coordination.
  • Raise and track purchase orders in Fiori and receipt goods/services, maintaining accurate PO registers.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams including People Logistics, People Services, Procurement, and Category Specialists.
About You Experience & Technical Skills
  • 2–5 years in a similar administration role.
  • Experience with SAP (Fiori, SuccessFactors, cost control).
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines with high attention to detail.
