! This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual who is organised and willing to assist where possible. Initial contract of up to 6-months, with real opportunities for career progression through promotion to other functions in the business.
Key Responsibilities
- General office coordination
- Stationery and kitchen supply stocktake
- Uniform management
- Point of contact for facilities maintenance
- Purchase orders and receipting
- Reception duties: phones, greeting visitors, arranging catering
- Ad hoc admin support across departments
Key Requirements
- National Police Check (NPC)
- Confident and organised
- A self-starter who works well autonomously
- Friendly and professional with great communication skills
- Ready to jump in and assist wherever needed
Desirable Qualifications:
- Diploma/Qualification in Business Administration or Management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in an administrative role (1–2 years preferred)
