What you'll do:
- Lead internal design scoping for port and marine infrastructure works
- Manage external design activities from concept to detailed design (interfaces, deliverables, schedule)
- Scope, tender, evaluate and award supporting packages, including bathymetry/hydrographic, metocean monitoring, geotechnical/geophysical, and early works
- Coordinate multidisciplinary inputs (engineering, environment, approvals, construction) and maintain alignment to project requirements
- Support procurement and construction readiness through clear scope definition, risk and stakeholder management
- Travel internationally as required by project needs
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Engineer, Area Lead, Package Manager, or Design Manager in ports/marine infrastructure or related heavy civil works
- Strong capability in scope definition, interface management, and consultant-led design delivery
- Experience delivering investigation and early works packages (survey, metocean, geotech, enabling works)
- Strong stakeholder management, commercial awareness, and communication skills
- Engineering degree (Civil/Structural or relevant) preferred; equivalent experience considered
