- Fabricating new aluminium structures
- Performing deck repairs and replacements
- Installing watertight doors and hatches
- Working with pipes, tanks, and other aluminium components
- Deliver high‑quality aluminium welds using TIG and MIG techniques
- Ensure all welds meet strict quality standards and classification society requirements
- Read, interpret, and work from blueprints and engineering drawings
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain high safety standards on site
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment
- Work autonomously and as part of a team across various projects
- Proven experience as a marine welder
- Strong competency in aluminium welding (TIG and MIG)
- Previous experience in a shipyard or marine environment (highly desirable)
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- A strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
