The Corporate Services AI team partners across business functions to leverage data, automation and artificial intelligence to enhance decision‑making, optimise processes, manage risk and drive productivity across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to identify and prioritise AI, automation and analytics opportunities that support business goals and deliver measurable value.
- Lead discovery sessions to understand current processes, challenges and desired outcomes.
- Gather, analyse and clearly document business requirements for technical teams.
- Translate business needs into well‑defined use cases, outlining scope, assumptions, dependencies and acceptance criteria.
- Define KPIs, benefits and value‑realisation measures to track success.
- Work with data scientists, engineers, architects and delivery teams to confirm feasibility, data requirements and solution fit within enterprise platforms and controls.
- Support delivery through UAT planning, test documentation, feedback coordination and ensuring solutions meet business needs.
- Help stakeholders interpret outputs and convert insights into practical recommendations.
- Contribute to responsible AI and data governance by identifying risks related to privacy, compliance, bias, data quality and controls.
- Maintain clear documentation and support adoption so solutions are embedded into business workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, data analytics, finance, engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in complex, cross‑functional environments delivering technology or data‑driven initiatives.
- Experience working on AI, machine learning, automation or advanced analytics projects.
- Understanding of the AI project lifecycle, including problem framing, data needs, validation and impact measurement, with the ability to explain technical concepts simply.
- Ability to link analytical outputs to financial, operational or governance outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and experience working with senior corporate stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Knowledge of data governance, financial controls, privacy requirements and responsible AI principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for non‑technical audiences.
- Strong analytical, commercial and critical‑thinking skills.
