Our client is a boutique civil construction contractor delivering turnkey project solutions across regional Western Australia. Operating within the agricultural infrastructure space, they provide full‑scope services including civil, concrete, mechanical and structural works from design through to installation.

Key Competencies
  • Final trim operation skills – skidsteer and excavator (5t–30t)
  • Forklift operations
  • Ability to set up levels
  • Ability to read and interpret plans
  • Assist with concrete setup and installation
  • Willingness to undertake general site-related tasks as required
  • Ability to follow all HSEQ policies and procedures
  • Leading Hand / Foreman experience will be highly regarded
Essential Licences & Qualifications
  • RIIMPO301E – Conduct Hydraulic Excavator Operations
  • RIIMPO318E – Conduct Skid Steer Loader Operations
  • TLILIC0003 – Forklift Truck Operations
  • HR Class Driver’s Licence
  • Construction Induction (White Card)
Desirable Licences & Qualifications
  • TLILIC0005 – Boom-Type EWP Licence
  • CPCCLRG3001 – Basic Rigging Licence
  • CPCCLDG3001 – Dogging Licence
Project Scopes You’ll Support:

Mechanical Installations & Upgrades
  • Installation and commissioning of high‑capacity conveyor loading systems, auger pits and associated sampling infrastructure.
  • Mechanical upgrades designed to increase throughput and grain‑handling efficiency across multiple regional sites.
Bulk Storage Construction
  • Construction of large open bulkheads (up to 410m long) and installation of permanent or temporary grain storage infrastructure supporting seasonal demand.
  • Delivery of wind fencing, compressor slabs, MCC units and other supporting operational structures.
Civil & Site Expansion Works
  • Civil works including weighbridge extensions, site layout modifications and improvements to accommodate increased traffic and storage capacity.
  • Coordination of site upgrades as part of broader regional expansion programs.
