Key Responsibilities
- Support on-site engineering activities during construction, ensuring adherence to design specifications, schedules, and quality standards
- Assist Engineering, Quality, and Supervision teams with project requirements, including regular site inspections and contractor monitoring
- Collaborate with construction teams and project managers to resolve technical issues that arise during execution
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams (structural, electrical, environmental) to coordinate project construction works
- Maintain accurate quality records, progress reports, and documentation to track project status
- Participate in coordination meetings with contractors and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of works
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent)
- Experience in civil/structural engineering within construction or infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of quality, safety, and environmental compliance standards
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across disciplines
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering projects on time and to specification
