Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with project specifications.
- Manage civil construction projects and supervise construction personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with Australian safety standards.
- Monitor work quality, conduct inspections, and ensure all activities meet industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and training to team members.
- Ability to work a 19:9 rotation on-site in Karratha.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within civil construction, preferably on EPC or lump-sum projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Solid knowledge of Australian safety standards and compliance requirements.
