Key Responsibilities
- Develop engineering solutions that support safe, reliable and efficient operations.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers to deliver multidisciplinary civil projects from planning through to completion and handover.
- Lead procurement, tendering, bidding and estimation processes.
- Oversee quality assurance activities, including ITPs, RFIs, NCRs, SWMPs, SDS and MDRs.
- Ensure full compliance with quality, HSE standards and contractual obligations.
- Manage contracts, variations, progress claims and extensions of time (EOTs).
- Drive cost management through forecasting, financial reporting and material take‑offs.
- Prepare and maintain daily site records, sequencing plans and comprehensive project documentation.
- Coordinate design reviews, develop procedures and manage project scope.
- Lead stakeholder engagement and communication initiatives.
- Oversee project close‑out activities, including ASCONs and DFLs.
Experience & Qualifications
- Degree qualification in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years’ site / construction experience in Australia
- Proven success in a Civil Engineer role
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Project)
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp
- Construction White Card
- Australian C‑Class Driver’s Licence
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in complex environments
