Key Responsibilities
- Lead commissioning across multiple renewable energy projects and asset classes.
- Develop and implement a portfolio‑wide commissioning framework.
- Coordinate systemisation, energisation, integrated testing and handover.
- Provide leadership across site commissioning teams, contractors and OEMs.
- Ensure commissioning requirements are embedded within engineering, procurement and schedules.
- Oversee integration of SCADA, EMS, PPC and protection systems.
- Strong commissioning leadership experience across HV power systems, substations, transmission or utility-scale energy infrastructure.
- Proven capability in energisation, start‑up and integrated testing.
- Demonstrated experience developing commissioning strategies and delivery models.
- Sound understanding of grid connection and control systems
- Able to lead across complex stakeholder and contractor environments
