We are seeking an experienced Completions Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in ensuring safe work practices and efficient project delivery. This position involves managing system completions and commissioning activities across multiple projects, maintaining data integrity, and supporting stakeholders throughout the handover process. 

  • Promote safe work practices and environmental protection, ensuring that safety standards are respected
  • Coordinate and ensure alignment amongst project systems completion (SC) / commissioning procedure and handover procedure in terms of milestones, schedule and deliverables
  • Maintain user access and permission settings in Completion Management system (CMS) of multiple projects
  • Maintain engineering data, checksheets and certificates allocation in CMS with respect of systemisation hierarchy, tags, construction packages and milestones
  • Produce regular / ad-hoc reports on SC / Commissioning status to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare, coordinate, expedite and support SC and commissioning activities; such as walkdowns, inspections, notice of energization, checksheet completion and punch list submission and close-out
  • Ensure timely review and approval of certificate dossiers in various stages from fabrication to final handover
  • Liaise with and support project teams and vendors / contractors to ensure timely delivery / completion as per agreed scope of work
  • Organize contractors on-site support, equipment purchasing / hiring and any associated logistic
Qualifications & Experience
  • Has worked in a similar role for 3 year minimum
  • Experience in Resources and Energy sector projects
  • Has a technical / trade or discipline background
  • Has intuitive software skills, strong excel and / or database capabilities
  • Has experience as superuser or administrator with a major Completions Management system. Omega PIMS is desirable
  • Ability to identify efficiency opportunities and optimise project workflows.
  • Strong understanding of System Completion processes, documentation, and workflows
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-disciplinary project environments.
