Concrete Leading Hand

Concrete Leading Hand  needed to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to work on a variety of civil infrastructure projects across the Perth metro area.

About the Role
You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality reinforced concrete works including formwork, steel fixing, and concrete placement/finishing. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, leads by example, and thrives in a fast-paced site environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set out and construct formwork for slabs, pits, kerbs, walls, and more
• Tie steel reinforcement and prepare for concrete pours
• Place, compact, finish, and cure concrete to spec
• Interpret drawings, levels, and ITPs
• Lead and train crew members on-site
• Maintain safety and quality standards across all tasks

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in civil concreting
• Proven ability to lead small teams and coordinate pours
• Skilled in formwork carpentry, steel fixing, and finishing
• Confident with drawings, levels, and set-out
• Strong communication and site coordination skills

• White Card
• Manual Driver’s Licence
• EWP or Forklift Licence (both preferred)
• First Aid/CPR (or willing to obtain)

• Familiarity with Water Corp/Main Roads standards
• Traffic management or telehandler ticket
• Experience with small plant and machinery
