Rate: Up to $95 per hour (dependent on experience)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to lead site-based activities on a major transmission line project. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will provide frontline leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of construction works across civil and electrical scopes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all site construction activities
- Coordinate labour, plant, subcontractors, and materials to meet project requirements
- Manage daily work fronts and short-term planning activities
- Monitor productivity, schedule performance, and construction quality
- Lead pre-starts, toolbox talks, and safety engagements
- Conduct site inspections and verify completed works
- Interface with client representatives and project stakeholders
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
- Track project progress, risks, and mitigation actions
- Ensure quality assurance through ITRs, ITPs, and documentation control
- Manage defects, NCRs, and close-out requirements
- Mentor and support site teams to drive performance and safety culture
- Trade qualification, engineering qualification, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3+ years’ supervisory experience on infrastructure or construction projects
- Experience within HV transmission line or similar large-scale projects
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and quality control processes
- White Card and current Driver’s Licence
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- Commitment to safety and compliance standards
- Experience working on transmission line or energy infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, ITRs, and ITPs
- Previous experience supervising subcontractors and large work crews
