Key Responsibilities
- Administer the head contract in accordance with commercial building contract requirements and project obligations.
- Procure, let, manage and administer all trade subcontracts and supplier agreements, including tender assessments and contract negotiations.
- Prepare, assess and certify progress claims, variations and payment schedules in line with contractual requirements.
- Monitor project budgets, cost‑to‑complete, cash flow and financial forecasting to support accurate commercial reporting.
- Prepare monthly cost reports and contribute to ongoing commercial risk management.
- Ensure contractual compliance across scopes of work, drawings, specifications and construction programmes.
- Liaise closely with site management, consultants, clients and subcontractors to maintain coordination and resolve issues.
- Support project close‑out processes, including defects management and final account settlement.
- Demonstrated CA experience in commercial or multi residential construction
- Strong understanding of procurement, contracts and construction methodology
- Excellent organisational and documentation skills
- Confidence with budget management and cost control
- Clear communication and an ability to work collaboratively across disciplines
- A proactive approach and commitment to high quality outcomes
