Seeking an E&I Supervisor for a project in Karratha - FIFO from Perth. 

This role is on a 19 days on, 9 days off roster and will go for approximately 12 months, with possibility of extension. 

The ideal candidate will have previous Oil & Gas experience and roughly 7+ years working as an electrical supervisor. Experience within the installation of electrical substations highly regarded. 

Key responsibilities  
  • Supervise the delivery of all electrical works—whether completed by subcontractors or direct-hire teams—ensuring activities align with project documentation, specifications, and schedule requirements.
  • Provide day‑to‑day support to electrical subcontractors and direct-hire personnel by confirming work feasibility, including the availability of drawings, materials, and required resources.
  • Maintain strict compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental standards, actively promoting safe work practices across the site.
  • Ensure all project quality expectations and contractual obligations are met throughout the delivery of electrical works.
  • Verify that all required drawings, materials, and equipment are available to enable efficient planning and execution of electrical installations.
  • Assist personnel with interpreting technical drawings and resolving on-site technical issues as they arise.
  • Oversee the proper use and maintenance of electrical tools, equipment, and machinery during installation and construction activities.
  • Supervise mechanical completion activities related to electrical scopes, ensuring all punch list items are resolved and closed out.
  • Prepare, plan, and coordinate detailed work programs for assigned electrical activities.
  • Collaborate closely with other construction disciplines to coordinate electrical installation activities and ensure seamless project progress.
  • Manage the allocation of human and technical resources, identifying additional requirements or surplus where necessary.
  • Monitor and verify that all electrical work is completed according to project specifications and escalate any engineering issues encountered in the field.
  • Track and measure work progress to support project reporting and overall performance monitoring.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
