The Electrical Commissioning Superintendent leads the planning, coordination, and execution of all commissioning activities, ensuring systems, equipment, and infrastructure are brought online safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with project, operational, and regulatory standards.

Details of employment  
  • 8/6 roster FIFO from Perth
  • $120 - $140 an hour + super depending on experience
  • 12 hour shifts 
  • Minimum of 12 months worth of work

  • Commissioning Planning & Execution
  • Safety & Risk Management
  • Technical Leadership & Mentorship
  • Approval & Reporting
  • Punch List Management
  • Change Management
  • Collaboration with Construction Team
  • Liaison & Coordination with Operations
Desirable experience 
  • Demonstrated experience commissioning:
    • High‑voltage (HV) substations
    • Large‑scale power distribution networks
    • Renewable energy or energy‑transition assets (e.g., battery systems, EV charging infrastructure, microgrids)
  • Experience working across large brownfield and greenfield project environments
  • Proven ability to interface effectively with:
    • Energy Operations
    • Asset Management
    • Fixed Infrastructure teams
  • Experience managing commissioning activities on remote FIFO project sites
  • Experience working within live operational environments with strict safety and procedural controls
  • Familiarity with digital commissioning systems (e.g., CMS, CDMS, electronic ITR platforms)
