About the Role We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor
to oversee and coordinate all electrical works on-site for a major infrastructure project. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in dynamic environments, values safety, and knows how to drive quality outcomes without compromising team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily electrical activities, ensuring alignment with design specifications and project timelines
- Ensure all electrical installations meet safety standards, codes, and regulatory requirements
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other supervisors to resolve technical issues and maintain workflow continuity
- Conduct regular inspections, document findings, and ensure timely corrective actions
- Monitor materials, tools, and equipment usage to reduce waste and maintain cost-efficiency
- Lead toolbox talks, risk assessments, and enforce method statements to uphold safety protocols
- Maintain accurate site records including progress reports, incident logs, and daily diaries
- Assist in planning and scheduling future phases of electrical scope
- Support seamless handover from construction to commissioning
- Proven experience in site-based electrical supervision
- Strong understanding of electrical standards, installation practices, and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
