About the Role We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all electrical works on-site for a major infrastructure project. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in dynamic environments, values safety, and knows how to drive quality outcomes without compromising team culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily electrical activities, ensuring alignment with design specifications and project timelines
  • Ensure all electrical installations meet safety standards, codes, and regulatory requirements
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other supervisors to resolve technical issues and maintain workflow continuity
  • Conduct regular inspections, document findings, and ensure timely corrective actions
  • Monitor materials, tools, and equipment usage to reduce waste and maintain cost-efficiency
  • Lead toolbox talks, risk assessments, and enforce method statements to uphold safety protocols
  • Maintain accurate site records including progress reports, incident logs, and daily diaries
  • Assist in planning and scheduling future phases of electrical scope
  • Support seamless handover from construction to commissioning

  • Proven experience in site-based electrical supervision
  • Strong understanding of electrical standards, installation practices, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
