This large-scale project involves the installation and commissioning of solar, wind, and battery energy storage systems, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and innovation.
  
Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise electrical crews during installation, testing, and commissioning of LV and HV systems
  • Coordinate daily work activities, ensuring alignment with project schedule and safety protocols
  • Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks, and ensure compliance with WHS regulations and site procedures
  • Review electrical drawings, scopes of work, and ensure installation meets design specifications
  • Liaise with project engineers, subcontractors, and other disciplines to resolve technical issues
  • Monitor progress, productivity, and quality of electrical works across multiple work fronts
  • Support commissioning activities and ensure readiness for energisation and handover
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, testing, and daily site activities
  
Skills & Experience
  • Trade qualification or electrical engineering background
  • WA Electrical Licence (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience supervising electrical works on renewable energy, mining, or infrastructure projects
  • Strong understanding of AS/NZS standards and electrical safety requirements
  • Ability to lead teams in remote or high-pressure environments
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with HV/LV systems, solar arrays, BESS, and switchgear installations
