The Client:

A leading global renewable energy and green hydrogen owner operator. They have large scale, low-cost hydropower, geothermal, solar and wind assets supporting green energy and green industries around the world.
 
The Role
 
Reporting to the Senior Coordinator in the Engineering Department your role will cover the below (but not limited to):
 

  • Assisting to organise and prepare materials for team meetings. Capturing meeting discussions and action items.
  • Assistance with requests for resources and technical solutions from team members.
  • Assistance with updating online reporting for team. Data entry of expenditure to assist with financial reporting.
  • Initiating purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and new vendor onboarding and processing on behalf of the team. Managing and booking travel and accommodation as requested by the team.
  • Facilitating documentation input and reviews as required. Undertaking data entry as required to maintain Engineering documentation for reporting purposes. Maintenance of online team tools – SharePoint and Teams as requested.
  • Ensuring all interactions with others are positive and professional. Ensuring timely completion of set tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Ongoing development and improvement of processes.
About You:

To be considered for this role you will have the following:
  • 2-5 years in a similar role
  • Exceptional time management 
  • Understanding of organisational charts and experience in
    online HR systems
  • Strong work ethic
  • SAP – Procurement 
  • SAMS Workflow and AMEX GBT
  • Highly organised, with a proven ability to show a methodical
    and systematic approach to work
  • Degree in Engineering or Trade Qualified
