DRD Group is seeking experienced FIFO Chefs for opportunities across remote mining operations in Western Australia. This is a great opportunity for experienced hospitality professionals looking for consistent FIFO work in established village environments.
The Role
- Prepare and deliver high-quality meals in a high-volume environment
- Breakfast, crib, lunch and dinner service
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist with kitchen preparation and clean-down
- Work effectively as part of a remote-site catering team
- Follow all site safety procedures and requirements
- Trade-qualified Chef
- Previous bulk catering, commercial kitchen or FIFO experience
- Strong food safety and hygiene knowledge
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Current Australian driver's licence preferred
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
- Available for FIFO work from Perth
- $46-$50 per hour
- FIFO from Perth
- Accommodation and meals provided while on site
