Leading Renewable Energy Company is seeking an experienced Fleet Coordinator to step into a critical, standalone role supporting a diverse fleet across the business. This is a high‑impact, temp‑to‑perm opportunity for someone who thrives in a reactive environment and can drive discipline and process improvement.

Reporting directly to the Senior Manager – Fleet & Facilities, you’ll take ownership of the day‑to‑day coordination of vehicles and mobile equipment while helping stabilise and uplift fleet processes ahead of a future SAP transition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all fleet-related activities, including vehicle allocation, servicing, maintenance and registrations
  • Maintain accurate asset registers, equipment history and records within CMMS and Daily Ops systems
  • Develop and manage preventative maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and improve asset utilisation
  • Ensure statutory, safety and insurance compliance across the fleet
  • Liaise with Finance and internal stakeholders regarding asset changes, insurance and contractor management
  • Conduct audits, monitor performance, report variances and produce weekly/monthly maintenance plans
  • Support accident management and insurance claims through to resolution
  • Drive improved processes, data accuracy and fleet discipline across the business
Fleet Profile
  • Predominantly light vehicles
  • Some trucks, EWPs and ancillary equipment
About You
  • Proven experience in fleet coordination or asset management
  • Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, compliance and fleet lifecycle management
  • Able to work autonomously in a high workload, reactive environment
  • Confident driving process improvement, where systems are still maturing
  • Experience with CMMS and strong MS Office capability
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across the business
