About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HD Mechanic to join a site-based team in regional WA. This role will primarily focus on workshop-based tasks, including working on light vehicles and battery change-outs, while supporting operational requirements on site.
Key Responsibilities
Perform battery change-outs on light vehicles
- Carry out workshop-based maintenance and mechanical tasks
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with site procedures
- Maintain effective communication with client representatives on site
- Assist with general mechanical duties as required
Mandatory Requirements
- Proven experience as an HD Mechanic or similar role
- HR Driver’s Licence
- Strong communication and client engagement skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
Preferred
- Previous experience working on mine sites
- Experience working on light vehicles in a workshop environment
- FIFO or remote site experience
