Location: Claremont, WA
Salary: $60,000+, depending on experience, plus super

As the first point of contact for technical support, you’ll deliver remote and on-site assistance, manage service tickets, and maintain accurate records in ConnectWise. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values professionalism, empathy, and continuous learning.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Respond to support requests via phone, chat, and ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Level 1 issues across Windows, Office 365, VoIP, and networking
  • Escalate complex issues with clear documentation
  • Configure and maintain workstations, laptops, and Microsoft 365 accounts
  • Support VoIP systems (3CX), backups (Acronis), and device records
What We’re Looking For
  • 1–2 years’ experience in IT support or customer service with tech aptitude
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, and basic networking
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Valid Driver’s Licence and Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)
Bonus Skills
  • Certifications in Microsoft 365/Azure (AZ-900 / MS-900), VoIP (3CX), or backup systems
  • Experience with ConnectWise or similar RMM tools
