Key responsibilities :
- Maintain and update our HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and effective user access management.
- Support system enhancements, upgrades, and new module rollouts.
- Develop workflows, collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and implement improvements to streamline HR operations.
- Prepare employment contracts and employee lifecycle documentation.
- Generate HR reports for compliance, insights, and decision-making.
- Support employee recognition programs.
- Provide technical assistance, HRIS training, and guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Identify opportunities to optimise systems, processes, and reporting to continuously improve the employee experience.
- Certificate IV or higher in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR legislation, awards, and best practice HR processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Experience with Elmo HRIS (highly desirable).
