This is a newly created role designed to support HSE compliance, reporting, and coordination across project teams, providing excellent exposure to real‑world HSE systems, audits, and safety culture initiatives within a major project environment.
Location: Perth
Contract: Fixed‑term (to July 2027)
Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 (based on experience)
Ideal for: Graduates looking to launch a career in HSE within major projects
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with HSE compliance & governance , including audits, corrective actions, and documentation
- Support risk management activities such as JSAs, risk assessments, and site inspections
- Assist with incident reporting & investigations , tracking corrective and preventive actions
- Coordinate HSE training, inductions, and safety culture initiatives
- Maintain HSE documentation, registers, and reporting dashboards
- Support environmental monitoring & reporting (waste, emissions, spill prevention)
- Recently qualified or near‑completion HSE / WHS / Environmental degree
- Strong administrative, analytical, and reporting skills
- Confident communicator with good Microsoft Office capability
- Eager to build hands‑on HSE experience in a project‑driven environment
