Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct gap analysis on existing documentation and develop HSE systems.
- Deliver all HSE requirements within project deadlines.
- Ensure company HSE management system requirements are embedded in site documentation.
- Implement HSE requirements for site works and update project inductions.
- Facilitate project HAZID workshops and maintain the risk register.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and emergency exercises.
- Liaise with stakeholders to support their HSE responsibilities.
- Periodic travel to site in WA to oversee implementation.
- Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety (or equivalent).
- Bachelor’s degree in OHS (desirable).
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience in mining, resources or remote site HSE implementation (desirable)
- Strong knowledge of hazard identification and risk assessment techniques.
- Skilled in developing HSE documentation tailored to project size, scope, and location.
