We’re looking an experienced Corporate HSE Advisor to join our client on an initial 6 month contract as they prepare for a big green energy project ramp up in 2026. You will be responsible for planning and executing all Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) requirements across both corporate and site operations. This contract role is critical to ensuring the project meets deadlines in early 2026.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct gap analysis on existing documentation and develop HSE systems.
  • Deliver all HSE requirements within project deadlines.
  • Ensure company HSE management system requirements are embedded in site documentation.
  • Implement HSE requirements for site works and update project inductions.
  • Facilitate project HAZID workshops and maintain the risk register.
  • Conduct site inspections, audits, and emergency exercises.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to support their HSE responsibilities.
  • Periodic travel to site in WA to oversee implementation.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety (or equivalent).
  • Bachelor’s degree in OHS (desirable).
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in mining, resources or remote site HSE implementation (desirable)
  • Strong knowledge of hazard identification and risk assessment techniques.
  • Skilled in developing HSE documentation tailored to project size, scope, and location.
