Join a dynamic R&D team dedicated to advancing renewable, green‑technology solutions. As a Laboratory Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting scientists, engineers, and fabrication teams by performing high‑quality analysis, characterisation, and data interpretation across a range of materials and experimental projects.

Your responsibilities
  • Provide analytical support to scientists, engineers, and fabrication teams across laboratory‑based R&D activities.
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis and materials characterisation on samples, raw materials, reagents, and products using a variety of laboratory techniques.
  • Maintain, calibrate, and clean laboratory instruments and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with QA/QC requirements.
  • Manage laboratory supplies, including materials, chemicals, consumables, and waste disposal processes.
  • Collect, record, and document data accurately using laboratory data‑management systems to support traceability and experimental tracking.
  • Analyse and interpret experimental data, identify key trends and insights, and communicate findings clearly to the wider R&D team.
Your Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Materials Science, Applied Chemistry, Inorganic/Analytical Chemistry, Physics, or similar) with research experience (essential).
  • Previous experience leading laboratory technicians and/or supporting the management of laboratory operations.
  • Strong background in analytical methods and characterisation techniques.
  • Experience working with hazardous materials and adhering to laboratory safety protocols.
  • Preferred experience in industrial chemistry, mineral processing, or materials science environments.
