Key Responsibilities:
- Capture and maintain accurate work order history.
- Source and expedite urgent materials for current and upcoming tasks.
- Stage and kit major works to ensure readiness for execution.
- Support the Planning Department with creation of next planned work orders.
- Close off completed work orders with detailed feedback and maintain data quality.
- Identify incomplete paperwork and return to originators for completion.
- Inspect consolidated materials prior to planned work execution.
- Trade or tertiary qualification (preferred but not essential).
- Extensive experience in mobile maintenance within a mining environment.
- Strong computer literacy, ideally with CMMS systems (SAP experience highly regarded).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
