Key responsibilities include :
- Developing and managing large‑scale test work programs in consultation with internal stakeholders
- Reviewing and analysing data to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities
- Ensuring accurate, high‑quality reporting within agreed formats and timeframes
- Providing metallurgical support and technical training to laboratory and operational teams
- Supporting innovation initiatives and contributing to review and delivery processes
- A minimum of three years’ experience as a Metallurgist or Process Engineer
- Strong technical capability with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to learn quickly
- Oxide flotation
- Magnetic separation
- Iron ore processing
- Python scripting
