As a Dozer Operator, you will be responsible for maintaining haul roads, shaping dumps and stockpiles, and supporting production activities. You’ll work closely with supervisors and other operators to ensure safe and efficient operations, including working around autonomous haul trucks .
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate dozers safely and efficiently in a production environment
- Maintain haul roads, ramps, and dump areas
- Push and shape stockpiles as directed
- Conduct pre-start checks and report maintenance issues
- Comply with site safety protocols and traffic management plans
- Work collaboratively to meet production targets
- Safely operate in areas with autonomous haulage systems
- Proven experience operating large dozers in a mining environment
- Experience working around autonomous haul trucks
- Ability to read mine plans and follow instructions
- Knowledge of Mine Safety & Inspection and OHS regulations
- Current WA HR Driver’s Licence
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening
