You’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing essential electrical systems that support water management across the mine site. Your expertise will help prevent downtime and ensure safe, efficient operations.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair dewatering pumps and electrical systems
- Conduct fault finding and troubleshooting on electrical equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance on pump stations, switchboards, and related infrastructure
- Carry out electrical isolations, testing, and commissioning in line with safety procedures
- Monitor and maintain power supply to dewatering systems to prevent flooding or delays
- Ensure compliance with site safety standards, electrical codes, and environmental requirements
- Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams for efficient water management
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and equipment performance
- WA "A" Class Electrical Workers License
- HV switching ticket and experience
- LVR/CPR Ticket
- Experience in SAP
- WA Manual Driver's License
