Join our client’s dynamic team as an Operational Readiness Specialist and play a key role in driving safe, efficient, and reliable operations from project delivery to execution. Reporting to the Operational Readiness Superintendent, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver safe, reliable, and cost-effective outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Partner with the Project Delivery Team to understand scope and timelines, ensuring readiness documentation (IOMs, datasheets, P&IDs, etc.) is complete and accessible.
  • Liaise with Asset Owners to identify and close readiness gaps, providing clear updates through to handover.
  • Work with Central Support teams (Maintenance, Engineering, Reliability, NPI & Water Management) to align with corporate standards.
  • Conduct spares criticality assessments and manage cataloguing and stock holding in line with Maintenance Philosophy.
  • Create and update SAP master data (Function Locations, Equipment Masters, BOMs, Maintenance Plans, etc.) in collaboration with site and central teams.
  • Lead meetings, manage schedules and budgets, and deliver regular progress reports.
What You’ll Bring:
  • Trade qualification (preferred) with strong maintenance planning experience.
  • Proficiency in SAP Master Data creation/change.
  • Solid mining industry experience and understanding of Operational Readiness fundamentals.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Budget management and advanced MS Office proficiency.
