Key Responsibilities
- Operate pumping, dredging, excavation, and water management equipment safely and efficiently.
- Complete day-to-day site activities in line with project plans and supervisor direction.
- Conduct routine equipment checks and basic maintenance.
- Support the wider crew with general site duties as required.
- Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and environmental standards.
- Experience operating mobile plant, pumping, dredging, excavation, or water management equipment.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
- Reliable, hands-on, and capable of working in demanding field environments.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a site crew.
- Motivated to develop skills and progress within the business.
