Working on a FIFO roster, you'll be involved in operating long-reach excavators, dredging equipment and pump systems while supporting critical mine site water management and dewatering activities.
This is an excellent opportunity for operators looking to diversify their experience within a growing and highly specialised sector servicing Tier 1 mining clients throughout Western Australia.

- Operate excavators and specialised dredging equipment across mine sites
- Conduct dredging activities within ponds, dams, tailings facilities and process water storage areas
- Operate excavator-mounted pumping systems including slurry and dewatering pumps
- Support dewatering and water transfer operations
- Perform trenching, pipeline installation and pump setup activities
- Complete pre-start inspections and routine equipment checks
- Spot machinery operations around underground services and overhead assets
- Assist with mobilisation, site establishment and project setup activities
- Support maintenance crews and field teams as required
- Maintain strict compliance with mine site safety and environmental requirements
- Previous experience operating excavators within mining, civil or earthworks environments
- Experience working around dewatering, pumping or water management projects highly regarded
- Long-reach excavator experience advantageous
- Experience around tailings dams, ponds, pipelines or slurry systems desirable
- Ability to work autonomously and within a small project team
- Strong safety focus and commitment to following site procedures
- Current C Class Driver's License
- National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Excavator Ticket / VOC
- White Card
- Telehandler, Skid Steer, Dogging, Rigging (advantageous)
- Working at Heights (preferred)
- Confined Space (preferred)
- HR License (advantageous)
