We are seeking a highly organised Planner/Scheduler – Technical Administrator to join the client's team. This is a unique and process-driven role that blends planning & scheduling, high-volume data entry, and customer communication to support project delivery and asset readiness.
The role is based onsite in the workshop, 5 days per week (40 hours). 
There will be an initial 3–6 month casual engagement to transition to a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities Planning & Scheduling
  • Plan and schedule workshop and field work in line with project timelines.
  • Coordinate with supervisors to ensure assets and documentation are ready for project start dates.
  • Manage priorities and schedule adjustments as required.
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers regarding job scheduling, updates, and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed records of customer interactions and work progress.
  • Manage data entry across multiple customer portals and work management systems.
  • Perform accurate and high-volume data entry.
  • Use SAP and customer-facing portals to manage work orders, goods movements, and job status.
  • Document goods in/out and maintain traceability across projects.
  • Raise and track Purchase Orders (POs) .
  • Organise asset movements to ensure items are available for supervisors ahead of project commencement.
  • Experience in planning/scheduling (workshop, maintenance, service, projects or similar).
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • High accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Ability to navigate multiple IT systems and follow structured processes.
  • Experience with SAP or similar systems.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable
  • Experience working with customer portals or work management systems.
  • Understanding of asset coordination or workshop/service environments.
  • Experience creating and managing purchase orders.
