The role is based onsite in the workshop, 5 days per week (40 hours).
There will be an initial 3–6 month casual engagement to transition to a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities Planning & Scheduling
- Plan and schedule workshop and field work in line with project timelines.
- Coordinate with supervisors to ensure assets and documentation are ready for project start dates.
- Manage priorities and schedule adjustments as required.
- Act as a key point of contact for customers regarding job scheduling, updates, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate, detailed records of customer interactions and work progress.
- Manage data entry across multiple customer portals and work management systems.
- Perform accurate and high-volume data entry.
- Use SAP and customer-facing portals to manage work orders, goods movements, and job status.
- Document goods in/out and maintain traceability across projects.
- Raise and track Purchase Orders (POs) .
- Organise asset movements to ensure items are available for supervisors ahead of project commencement.
- Experience in planning/scheduling (workshop, maintenance, service, projects or similar).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- High accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to navigate multiple IT systems and follow structured processes.
- Experience with SAP or similar systems.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with customer portals or work management systems.
- Understanding of asset coordination or workshop/service environments.
- Experience creating and managing purchase orders.
