You will lead a small team of Contracts and Procurement professionals to deliver sourcing projects, contract negotiations, and supplier management for Bills of Materials (BoM), specialised services, prototyping, series production, and product lifecycle support.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing: Lead the development and end‑to‑end execution of procurement and supply chain strategies.
- Product & Cost Optimisation: Conduct market analysis to identify cost drivers, supply risks, and innovation opportunities to enhance overall product performance.
- Contract Negotiation: Develop negotiation strategies and lead complex, high‑value, and high‑risk contract negotiations.
- Contract Management: Coach and guide team members to ensure effective contract management practices.
- Supplier Relationship Management (SRM): Manage senior‑level supplier relationships to drive value, maintain quality, and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Category & Commodity Management: Develop and implement category strategies aligned to product development milestones.
- Governance & Risk Management: Ensure program objectives are met through strong governance, compliance, and proactive risk management.
- Analysis & Reporting: Deliver accurate and insightful data analysis across all stages of the procurement lifecycle.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for best practice, policy improvement, value creation, and enhanced sourcing processes.
- People Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop team members to strengthen the capability and performance of the Contracts & Procurement team.
- Demonstrated alignment with strong organisational values, including integrity, accountability, and collaboration.
- 7–10 years’ experience in a fast‑paced procurement environment; experience within product development, manufacturing, or project delivery settings is highly regarded.
- Proven ability to manage workload effectively, prioritising across multiple concurrent projects.
- Established leadership capability with a track record of mentoring and developing team members.
- Resilience and adaptability when navigating change or challenging circumstances.
- Strong commercial acumen demonstrated through professional achievements to date.
