We are currently seeking skilled process plant operators for upcoming roles in early 2026 across large-scale processing and sorting facilities in WA. These positions offer the chance to work with modern equipment and be part of high-performing teams.

The Role:
You’ll be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient operation of processing equipment to meet production targets. This includes working across both dry and wet plant circuits as well as utilising SCADA systems such as Citect, Simplicity, and Meridian for monitoring and control.

Key tasks include:
  • Operating and monitoring crushing and screening circuits.
  • Performing routine inspections and reporting any faults or hazards.
  • Carrying out cleaning and basic maintenance on plant and equipment.
  • Assisting with shutdowns and minor repairs when required.
  • Operating small mobile equipment to support clean-up and material handling.
  • Maintaining accurate logs and communicating effectively with your team.
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in mineral processing or crushing operations.
  • Knowledge of plant equipment such as crushers, feeders, conveyors, and screening systems.
  • Control room experience is highly regarded.
  • Current WA driver’s licence (HR preferred).
  • Additional tickets such as forklift, loader, or EWP are advantageous.
  • Safety-focused with strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to follow isolation and permitting procedures.
