Our client is seeking an experienced Process Plant Supervisor to join their high‑performing processing team. This role is ideal for someone who can hit the ground running in a fast‑paced environment and has solid hands‑on experience across wet and dry plant operations, train load‑out, and ideally mobile plant exposure.

As the Process Plant Supervisor, you will report to the Processing Superintendent and play a key role in overseeing daily processing activities. You will lead and mentor a team of operators, drive safe and efficient operations, monitor production performance, and ensure compliance with site standards and statutory requirements. This role will suit someone who enjoys balancing people leadership with operational oversight and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the daily operation of the processing plant, ensuring production targets, safety standards, and quality requirements are consistently met.
  • Provide strong frontline supervision, coaching, and support to processing operators.
  • Oversee both wet and dry plant circuits, ensuring reliable and efficient operation.
  • Manage train load‑out activities, ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance.
  • Monitor production results, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to optimisation and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate scheduling, workforce planning, and daily reporting.
  • Ensure adherence to all site policies, procedures, and legislation.
What We’re Looking For
  • Demonstrated experience as a Processing Supervisor.
  • Strong background across wet and dry plant operations.
  • Experience with train load‑out (essential).
  • Exposure to mobile plant operation highly regarded.
  • Competency and confidence using Citec/SCADA systems and SAP.
  • Proven leadership capability with a focus on safety, teamwork, and communication.
  • Ability to thrive in a busy operational environment and make decisions under pressure.
