Join our client's industry leading Integrated Technology team as a Product Acceptance Specialist, responsible for validating and supporting automation products. Reporting to the Validation Coordinator, you’ll collaborate with technical teams and site stakeholders to ensure product integrity, create user documentation, and provide expert insights for continuous improvement.

Roster: 8:6, primarily day shifts with flexibility for night coverage during deployments.

About the role;

  • Identify and log system issues using Jira; contribute to resolution planning
  • Create and update test plans, tutorials, and manuals to support end-users and onboarding
  • Generate weekly reports and validation outcomes for site-based activities
  • Actively collaborate with autonomy project groups, site leads, and engineering teams
  • Share technical expertise to align operational needs with automation capabilities
  • Deliver mentoring support and clear communication across technical and operational levels
  • Evaluate product performance and provide actionable feedback
  • Assist in refining business processes, improving usability and system efficiency
  • Apply analytical problem-solving and a holistic view to optimise validation workflows
  • Strong documentation, report writing, and process development capabilities
  • Confident multitasking across multiple priorities in fast-paced, confidential environments
  • Uphold company safety policies and Lifesaving Choices
  • Report incidents/near misses promptly and maintain BMS documentation
  • Ensure safe work environments and compliance with OHS legislation
Key Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of site-based experience with mining technologies
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management systems and validation testing
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Jira, and Confluence
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and mentoring skills
  • Commitment to safety standards and collaborative working
