Key Requirements
- Valid Section 26 Certificate (mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience in open‑cut mining
- Strong understanding of Mines Safety Regulations and Act
- Demonstrated commitment to Health, Safety & Environment
- Solid knowledge and hands‑on experience with mobile mining equipment
- Proven people management and leadership skills
- Ability to direct, mentor, and coach team members
- Competence in reading and interpreting mine plans and allocating tasks
- Certificate in Frontline Management (desirable)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Perth FIFO 2:1 roster – permanent position
