We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Administrator to provide high-level administrative and organizational support to our client. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic project environment and enjoys being the central point of coordination across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to project and operations leadership
  • Maintain efficient project filing systems using Microsoft Teams
  • Track and follow up on SAP approvals, purchase requisitions, work orders, and service entries
  • Manage correspondence between project teams and clients, maintaining registers and action logs
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and procurement/cost tracking documentation
  • Coordinate project meetings, room bookings, travel arrangements, and team calendars
  • Organize project and client town halls, including catering and logistics
  • Support event planning for meetings, conferences, and fairs
  • Manage desk/work site plans and order project stationery
Qualifications & Skills
  • 3–4 years of experience in a similar administrative/project support role
  • Proficient in SAP (mandatory) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong formatting and document preparation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities across all levels
  • Highly organized, hands-on, and a collaborative team player
  • Capable of managing agendas, meetings, and internal communications effectively
