Hours: 38 hours per week , normal business hours with occasional work outside business hours
About the Role
Support the Delivery Project Manager by coordinating governance meetings, managing documentation, and providing administrative and office support in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate governance meetings (management meetings, JOC, JSC, JVGC as backup)
- Prepare and issue meeting invites, agendas, minutes, and action/decision registers
- Collate meeting papers and manage governance documentation in SharePoint
- Maintain governance schedules and coordinate monthly reporting inputs
- Provide general team administration, including org charts and shared inbox support
- Assist with calendar management, site visit bookings, and claims processing
- Support office operations, events, visitors, inventory, invoices, and site logistics
- Intermediate–advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Intermediate SAP experience
- Experience in a similar role within a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
- Strong organisation, time management, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Current driver’s licence and ability to travel to sites if required
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
- Qualification in Business Administration or similar
- Exposure to Accounts Payable/Receivable processes
