About the Role
Support the Delivery Project Manager by coordinating governance meetings, managing documentation, and providing administrative and office support in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate governance meetings (management meetings, JOC, JSC, JVGC as backup)
  • Prepare and issue meeting invites, agendas, minutes, and action/decision registers
  • Collate meeting papers and manage governance documentation in SharePoint
  • Maintain governance schedules and coordinate monthly reporting inputs
  • Provide general team administration, including org charts and shared inbox support
  • Assist with calendar management, site visit bookings, and claims processing
  • Support office operations, events, visitors, inventory, invoices, and site logistics
Mandatory Requirements
  • Intermediate–advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Intermediate SAP experience
  • Experience in a similar role within a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
  • Strong organisation, time management, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Current driver’s licence and ability to travel to sites if required
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred
  • Qualification in Business Administration or similar
  • Exposure to Accounts Payable/Receivable processes
