Key Responsibilities
  • System & Financial Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for SAP workflows, including the end-to-end management of Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Work Orders, and Service Entries.
  • Project Governance: Proactively monitor and drive SAP approvals and follow up on project action registers to ensure all deliverables remain on track.
  • Procurement & Cost Support: Assist with cost tracking and procurement activities, ensuring the online tracking platform is accurately maintained and aligned with project spend.
  • Operational Administration: Manage comprehensive project filing systems via Microsoft Teams and provide general administrative backing to the broader project group.
  • Reporting: Facilitate the end-to-end invoice and payment tracking process and assist in the development of project presentations and status reports.
Technical Requirements & Experience
  • Proven Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience in a dedicated project or operations support role, ideally within a technical or heavy industrial sector.

  • Project Tools: High proficiency in Microsoft Teams for document management and file architecture.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Exceptional Communicator: Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and across external project partners.
