Mandatory Experience
- Demonstrated experience working in a dispatch or coordination environment
- Experience supporting high‑volume NBN works is advantageous
- Mid‑level IT capability, with experience using straightforward operational systems
- Receive and review work orders through internal systems, confirming scope and requirements
- Allocate work to contractors based on capability, availability, and location
- Monitor job progress and update work order status daily
- Identify risks, delays, and opportunities, escalating where required
- Liaise closely with contractors and internal team members to resolve issues and drive outcomes
