We’re working with a leading energy contractor delivering renewable and power generation projects across WA, and they’re looking to bring on a Project Coordinator to support project delivery across multiple workstreams.

This is a key role sitting between the Project Manager and site teams — keeping projects organised, on track, and running efficiently from planning through to execution.

About the Role
You’ll be responsible for coordinating project activities, tracking progress, and ensuring resources, materials, and reporting are aligned across the business.
Working closely with PMs, engineers, and site teams, you’ll play a hands-on role in supporting delivery across budgets, schedules, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Project Managers in delivering projects to scope, schedule, and budget
  • Coordinate schedules, resources, and project plans across multiple workstreams 
  • Track progress and maintain reporting (WIP, cost tracking, updates) 
  • Manage procurement, purchase orders, and variations 
  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams 
  • Maintain project documentation, compliance records, and reporting 
  • Coordinate mobilisation, travel, and site logistics 
Key Requirements
  • Experience as a Project Coordinator, Contract Administrator, or similar
  • Background in construction, electrical, BESS, or energy projects  highly regarded
  • Strong understanding of project delivery, scheduling, and cost tracking 
  • Confident managing stakeholders across office and site
  • Strong systems skills (Excel, reporting tools, PM systems) 
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
