What We're Looking For
- Must have a Degree in Mechanical or Structural Engineering.
- 5+ years site based engineering on large civil/mining/energy projects (owner/EPCM or principal contractor).
- Demonstrated delivery of bulk earthworks, drainage, roads, foundations and mechanical structures
- Coordinate and manage mechanical engineering projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions for complex challenges.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment.
