About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of major infrastructure and decarbonisation projects from initiation through to commissioning and handover. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with operational and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project delivery through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover
- Develop and maintain project scopes, deliverables, execution plans, and key milestones
- Lead multidisciplinary teams, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders throughout project delivery
- Manage project interfaces across engineering, operations, construction, and commissioning functions
- Provide visible safety leadership and drive strong project safety outcomes
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, expenditure, and commercial performance
- Lead change management processes including scope, cost, and schedule impacts
- Manage contractor performance, variations, and contractual obligations
- Monitor project schedules, critical paths, risks, and recovery plans
- Provide regular reporting on project performance, safety, cost, schedule, and risks
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years' experience delivering major infrastructure, mining, industrial, or energy projects
- Demonstrated experience managing projects through the full project lifecycle
- Experience delivering electrical infrastructure, renewable energy, or mining infrastructure projects
- Strong commercial acumen including budgeting, contract administration, and change management
- Experience managing project schedules, critical paths, and project risks
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience delivering decarbonisation, energy transition, or renewable energy projects
- Background working in large-scale mining or industrial project environments
- Experience managing multiple contractors and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong understanding of project controls, procurement, and commissioning activities
