Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site quality inspections and monitor contractor work during construction of wind turbines, earthworks, foundations, access roads, and drainage systems
- Verify and track site testing and installation records
- Review and ensure adherence to contractor deliverables
- Conduct material inspections and manage handovers
- Organise and attend punchlist walk downs; verify punchlist item close-outs
- Participate in contractor and supplier audits
- Manage non-conformities and assist in resolving quality issues
Requirements:
- Experience in construction quality assurance, ideally within large-scale infrastructure or renewable energy projects
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to balance practical inspections with documentation and records management
- Commitment to promoting a culture of quality and continuous improvement
